A Fascist Symbol is a Key Feature of Every Fascist Government

Is the Fascist Symbol in the US Government a Warning Sign of Things to Come?

A fascist symbol is an important part of the propaganda surrounding every fascist government throughout history.

Fascist governments use the symbol as a rallying point, and a way to connect history with the present movement.

In Italy, the symbol used by the fascist party was the fasces; a bundle of rods with an axe attached, symbolizing the power of life and death.

The fasces hearkened back to the Roman senate; a clever ploy by the fascist party to ally itself with a powerful and successful government.

Many people don’t realize that the Italian fascist government wasn’t the only government to use this symbol.

The same fascist symbol appears in the seal of the United States Senate, and on the wall in the United States House of Representatives debating chamber.

Is it a coincidence that this symbol appears even in American government, or is it a warning sign of underlying policies and future changes in government?

Many people would argue that the American government is leaning increasingly toward fascist tendencies, and has had the propensity for fascist governmental policy all along.

The truth is that this symbol of fascist government isn’t a coincidence, but is actually a warning sign of fascist sympathies, and dire changes to come in the government.

Symbol of Fascism Appears in U.S. Government

What Does a Fascist Symbol Mean?

A symbol is the rallying point around which fascist governments build their campaigns.

In the case of the fasces, fascist leader Mussolini used this image as a symbol of his government and a reminder to people that he was in charge, and had power over life or death.

Symbols often serve multiple purposes; to familiarize people with a concept specifically relating to the government, and to remind people of an underlying theme in the government.

In Mussolini’s case, the fasces was the symbol around which he built his government.

On one hand, it served as a basis for all of his propaganda. It was a logo that people could easily identify with Mussolini’s causes and policies.

It became the public face of the fascist government that the dictator was building.

On the other hand, it also served to remind people that Mussolini was a dictator. He was the person in charge.

He had the power of life and death over his people, and his enemies. It was a solemn symbol, chosen to assert power.

Why Would the U.S. Have a Fascist Symbol in Its Government?

The truth is that it’s not a coincidence that the United States has a symbol of fascism integrated into several key government bodies.

While the American democracy ostensibly stands for everything that is the antithesis of a fascist government, there are striking similarities.

Over time, Americans are experiencing the slow erosion of civil liberties under an increasingly dire succession of leaders.

Bush was almost a dictator himself, creating polices that no-one agreed with and involving the United States in significant military action.

While American government began as a democracy, it’s slowly turning to fascism over time.

The erosion of the party system; the fading away of civil liberties; increasing military action and international warfare all point to a pending conversion to fascism.

It’s only a matter of time before American citizens come to see what this symbol really means.
