A Food and Drug Association

Power of a Food and Drug Association.

If there is a core to any modern food and drug association, it is Big Pharma.

There are few food or drug related organizations of governmental or industry levels that have not succumb to their influence.

Everyone understands that they are billion dollar multinationals that do much more than simply research treatments for common or even uncommon diseases and ailments.

They are aggressive profit mongering machines that actually create entirely new and fictional disorders in order to maintain the patents on their biggest money-making drugs.

They charge mercenary prices for these chemicals, and they care very little about their safety or the enhancement of life on Earth.

If you take a look at the most well known food and drug association, the FDA, it is easy to see how corrupted the so-called health watchdogs have become.

One online researcher made a short presentation about several advisory committee members for the FDA.

Undue Influence

Each of these professionals, who are also doctors, told the FDA which drugs should be approved.

They were to review clinical trial data and all ingredients lists to ensure that the drugs were beneficial and necessary.

They were to give an authoritative and entirely neutral opinion.

They could do this because they had no possible benefit from doing anything else.

This, however, was entirely impossible because each was already in the pay, or had formerly been in the pay of the world’s largest pharmaceutical monsters.

Take the case of Dr. James J. McGough who is an expert in childhood psychiatry.

Distinctly Un-Neutral

He was taken on by the FDA to serve on the psychopharmalogical committee for which he would advise/recommend if any warnings were necessary or even if a drug should be pulled from the market.

At that same time, or at some point in the past, he had been a paid consultant to such groups as Novartis, Eli Lilly and Janssen Pharmaceutica, among others.

He was also a paid speaker for Shire, McNeil, Eli Lilly and Novartis as well.

Finally, he also had received or was currently receiving research funds from Pfizer, Eli Lily, Cephalon, Novartis and many others.

Clearly this extended far beyond a conflict of interest with any food and drug association advisory work, and made it totally fraudulent that he sat on an FDA committee.

Nonetheless, he serves as a perfect example of how easily the lines between right and wrong are blurred by Big Pharma in their pursuit of the almighty dollar.

Only Industrial

If, however, it is just industry links why doesn’t the government step in and put things to right?

The problem with that question is that the connection is not just between industry players and a few corrupt advisory committee members.

The problems extend deep into the heart of this key food and drug association, and its policies continue to reflect the needs of Big Pharma.

If you look at labeling guidelines and procedures, they favor the faulty research and lax policies of pharmaceutical companies and their clinical trials.

The 2006 revision of FDA labeling guidelines makes it difficult to hold pharmaceutical companies legally accountable for any missing or vital data about possible side effects from drugs.

This is the reason that certain antidepressants and the resultant suicides that they cause are difficult to bring to criminal trial.

Remember that it isn’t just to avoid additional paperwork that Big Pharma companies don’t want to own up to the effects of their drugs.

Any food and drug association with links to government agencies, meaning all of them, are going to keep the real effects of drugs from the public.

This is because so many of them are created specifically to dumb down the vast majority of the population.

Take a look at the increase in “mandatory” childhood immunizations.

Since the 1990s these have reached record levels.

Even though it is well-known that many cause Autism, ADHD, neurological disorders and even severe brain damage.

Why?

Because it is so much easier to manipulate consumer markets and entire populations when they are already half-fried.

An ill and off-balanced society believes all of the so-called benefits of the merchandise pitched to them by Big Pharma.

The fact of the matter is that their goals are not to make us better, but only to make us sicker, weaker and less intelligent.

Before filling a prescription, getting children immunized or swallowing food that has ingredients you cannot even pronounce, stop to realize that the food and drug industry is not at all concerned about health.

You are their bottom line, and your dollars can control them more than you realize.
