Attack on Civil Liberties in America

Preventing an Attack on Civil Liberties is Your Duty as a Citizen. The Patriot Act and Homeland Security Act Are Destroying Our Constitution and Our Freedom!

When attacks on civil liberties occur, it becomes each citizen’s duty to protect the liberties of fellow Americans.

By protecting the liberty of others from an attack, an individual ensures that his own civil liberties will remain guarded as well.

When citizens do not protect each other from attacks on civil liberties, their rights can be stripped from them and abused unjustly.

Citizens must be informed of their civil liberties, in order to know when an attack is occurring so that they may prevent it.

By knowing what liberties exist, and by knowing how to protect and defend those liberties, citizens can promote the ideals of a free society, and of equality for all peoples.

If an attack on civil liberties occurs, it is also the government’s duty to defend and protect those rights in order to preserve the fabric of the free society.

Government’s main purpose revolves around the protection of its citizens and their liberties.

Therefore, a successful government would continually protect the rights of its citizenry from attacks on their civil liberties.

By demanding that the government protect the liberty of its citizenry, the population stands a better chance at becoming successful in a free society.

Illegal Actions

When civil liberties are attacked, it is considered an illegal act by the law, because the law was written in order to protect civil liberty.

Citizens are protected under the law and, hopefully by the state, when civil liberty is attacked.

Government’s main purpose is to protect civil liberties and to institute the law, and so governments must ensure that attacks on civil liberties cannot occur.

The powers of a government are limited in order to protect the citizens from tyranny and an attack on civil liberties.

Citizens and governments share in the duty to protect civil liberties and uphold just law.

Civil Liberties Need Protection

Citizens need protection from attacks on civil liberties, because throughout history those liberties have been abused consistently when no protections were in place to ensure their security.

Totalitarian tyrannies have a long record of abusing civil rights and even outright murdering citizens for political, religious, economic, or other reasons.

Citizens need their fellow citizens and the government to protect their rights from an attack on civil liberties in order to ensure the freedom of all citizens.

When an attack is allowed to take place, against anyone in America, the whole nation is at risk of losing their rights.

Government Should Protect Citizens

Governments are instituted by men in order to protect the inherent rights of the individual, or so said the framers of the Constitution. Governments must protect their citizens from attacks on their civil liberties.

It is the government’s duty and job to protect its citizens, in fact, that is their primary responsibility.

Citizens may not be able to protect themselves from an attack by others, but governments have the power to institute justice and ensure that civil liberties violations stop.

Governments must uphold the law in a just manner, in doing so ensures that civil liberties are protected by that law.

Governments cannot trample on or abuse the rights of their citizens legitimately, because that is against the just laws of civil liberty.

Any government which partakes in abusing civil liberties becomes a despotism rather than a free society.
