The fourteenth amendment to the Constitution was intended to secure the rights of former slaves. What it ended up doing was to reverse some basic policies of the Constitution.

The inalienable rights under our Constitution are guaranteed under Common Law Court and the federal government has systematically removed the Common Law Court and the Rights of the individual states and the people of the United States.

The Federal Justice Department has been interfering with local law enforcement and they have been doing so by exercising the rights given to them by the fourteenth Amendment.

In February 2009 the status of the Berg vs Obama cases are the case in the third circuit court of appeals is following from the US District Court dismissal.

Judge Surrick dismissed the case and denied injunctions to hear the case. Prior to that several other cases were dismissed. The case is still alive in the third circuit court of appeals.
