Common Law Court: Law in Its Own Hands? The Common Law Court Movement Believes that Common Law is Independent and Superior to Statutory and Written Law

The Common Law Court Movement Believes That Common Law is Independent and Superior to Statutory and Written Law.

Common law court adherents see themselves as exempt from the statutory and written laws of America.

They also see themselves as superior to the laws of America, often taking the roles of judge and jury into their own hands.

The court of common law is put together by improvisation, and from models provided by experts.

It is then used as a vehicle to hand out paper attacks to public and government officials.

A paper attack is an unofficial ‘attack’ on government using ‘official’ documentation of the courts.

Do these self-proclaimed patriots have a reason for taking such drastic measures?

America comes out high on top of the list of countries with corrupt government officials.

The statistics only reflect known cases of corruption.

What about the cases that are consistently covered up?

Can you ignore the probability that many people in positions of power will never face any consequences for their actions?

Often their corruption is at the expense of ordinary citizens.

Are these vigilantes a cause for concern, or are they helping to enforce justice by any means possible?

Power to the People

The common law court is a prevalent movement within America, with courts set up in over thirty states.

These common law activists challenge the current rule of law by issuing paper attacks in order to go against the authority of traditional courts.

These paper attacks include liens, money orders and other official court order documents.

Liens are most frequently used by the court of common law movement.

A lien is a security held over property until a debt has been paid, or until an obligation has been met.

A lien can cause a lot of frustration for whomever it has been served upon, as this person has to take off work and spend a lot of time and money getting it lifted.

Often, the threat of a lien will cause these corrupt officials to co-operate with common law court vigilantes.

Corrupt Officials Trample Constitution

Aiding Justice or Violently Imposing a New Form of Law?

The movement disseminates its primary information via their “Blue Book”, which advises that any official who attempts to enforce an unconstitutional law is subject to arrest by the common law court and should be sentenced to a trial by a citizens jury.

Ultimately, the militia and many common law vigilantes plan to establish temporary martial law until they can re-establish a constitutional government.

This system puts the power back into the peoples’ hands, but how far we are willing to take our call for justice?

We need to stand up to corruption in our country. We cannot be silent about the injustices that go unnoticed every day.

Ordinary citizens should not have to pay for the crimes of those in power. But do we want a violent regime to take over?

No, let’s continue to fight for justice without trampling the fundamental values of our country!
