Global Positioning Satellite Technology Uses Satellites in Orbit and Receivers on the Ground to Calculate an Object’s Exact Location

As Global Positioning Satellite Technology Continues to Advance, More People Become Concerned.

Many citizens around the globe have become very concerned with the advancement of global positioning technology, because it has wide reaching possibilities and can affect everyone’s lives in greatly positive or negative ways.

Civil rights advocates believe that the minimal benefits offered by such technologies are far outweighed by the potential hazards such a technology may pose, such as the disasters that could occur if tyrants gained power over such a system.

Because global positioning satellite technology has the capability of tracking any transmitter on the globe with stunning accuracy, its impact on the common lives of civilians could become immense and poses great questions about the future.

Due to the limitations of these technologies humans can easily avoid being tracked by them if they choose to.

If the government forces the population to become implanted with microchips however, similar to the Verichip, than the ability to evade such tracking measures becomes much more complicated and requires surgical solutions.

The reason that the ruling establishment within the world’s governments and corporations desires the forced implantation of all people globally, is that it will aid them in their goals of maintaining dominance over humanity for ages to come.

Without such technologies, the powerful elite are certain to fall, because new inventions and creative minds will come along and defeat the old powers with new ingenuity, but a forced human tracking network would allow them to prevent humanity from gaining any foothold on personal sovereignty.

Why Would They Care About Tracking People?

Many people are highly skeptical of the notion that the government or corporations would even be interested in actively tracking people and processing the data for various reasons.

They believe that there are no logical reasons for these practices to even take place, therefore they become highly skeptical and close their mind off to the possibility that it may truly be happening.

With global positioning satellite technology, corporations and governments can gain many benefits for their operations.

They can gain important demographic information that enables them to make their corporations or cities run more efficiently among other things.

This technology can also be used to track individuals for the purpose of performing surveillance on their activities and apprehending them if they are considered offenders.

This totalitarian possibility is what is most feared by civil rights advocates, because human history shows a tenancy for tyranny.

How Could They Possibly Spy on Everyone at the Same Time?

In order to use global positioning satellite technology to track people all over the world at the same time, and make any sense of it, a government must employ the use of sophisticated and expensive computer networks and advanced software programs.

By feeding the data from the global positioning network into the expensive computer network, the data can be processed according to presets and sorted according to it’s importance.

Important information would actually be viewed by humans and determined if it was worthwhile, where the rest of the unimportant information would be processed entirely by a computer.

This leads into the belief that in this view of the future, humanity will be partially ruled by an artificial intelligence computer system which can watch their every move through GPS and camera networks.

How Can Citizens Avoid GPS?

If citizens feel threatened or concerned about global positioning satellite technology, and want to make a statement towards the corporations proliferating such technologies, than the most effective form of protest is economic.

Simply do not purchase telephones, vehicles, computers, or other products that come with GPS installed, and if you do have such systems installed and feel that are not very useful but yet creep you out, uninstall them and place them on the shelf in case you want it back later.

When citizens refuse to purchase a particular technology, corporations in their endless thirst for profits will inevitably drop those products and find something that will actually sell and make a profit.

Through these measures, citizens can send the point to the leadership at the top that such tracking systems will not be accepted so easily and that they will have to shelf the global positioning satellite technology because few people will actually use it.
