How Long is the Term of Supreme Court Justices?

The Term of Supreme Court Justices Should be Reduced.

Currently in the United States of America, the term of supreme court justices is indefinite, so they are able to sit in one of the nine seats until they choose to retire or until they pass away.

The benefit to the elite is that the justices are appointed by the sitting president when there is an open seat, and those justices will continue to work toward the agenda of whichever president appointed them, toward whatever goal the elite were trying to achieve through the use of that particular president.

Not every president of the United States will have the opportunity to appoint a supreme court justice, but all of them desire the opportunity to do so, so that their administrations goals will be continued to be promoted after they are out of the office of president.

The supreme court of the United States of America is the head of the judicial branch of our government and is therefore basically the last chance for the people in the United States to see justice in many situations.

The supreme court has not been operating as it was intended however, and the American people have been suffering because of this, and have been seeing the elite and the big businesses they control benefit from this greatly.

The supreme court gives most of its decisions to big business with just a few given to the average person, just for good measure, and many of the decisions which go to big business are detrimental to the American people at large.

How can the negative effects of a broken supreme court and how can we fix what is broken with the supreme court and the government in general?

Term

The term of supreme court justices should be limited like that of any other position within the major part of the United States government.

The supreme court of the United States of America operates purely as the majority vote is the final decision.

This is highly detrimental to the people of America.

The American people have seen decisions handed down by the supreme court in recent years which have upheld unconstitutional laws enacted by other parts of the government of the United States.

They have also enforced the misuse of laws by parts of the American government. The supreme court is supposed to be protecting the people.

Perhaps it would help to limit the term of supreme court justices.

If their terms were limited they would be able to cause damage to the people of the United States for only a short amount of time.

Unfortunately, their replacements would cause the same damage, because they would be subjected to the same influence of the elite.

Decisions

The decisions handed down by the supreme court often are the opposite of what is good for the people of America and our society in general.

This would not likely change with the term of supreme court justices being limited, but it would be worth a try.

The People of the United States deserve any attempt at change which is possible.
