Mortgage and Bailout Plan by Barack Obama will Led to Greater Economic Problems

Purpose of Mortgage and Bailout Plan is to Put the People at the Mercy of the Government.

When Barack Obama came into office, he did not waste any time in getting the mortgage and bailout plan together.

He tried to convince Americans that his plan would make the difference in the economy and it would give everyone a fair opportunity in coming out of the economic crisis intact.

All the plan really did was punish the people that have been responsible in their housing choices and made their payments on time.

The plan promises to give people a second chance so they do not have their homes foreclosed on, but what it will really do is create a new crisis that will not be fully realized for the next five years or so.

Interest rates are going to have to go up in response to the mortgage and bailout plan so people who might be able to afford a house now will likely not be able to handle the interest rates if they buy in five years.

Also, tax dollars will have to pay for those defaulted loans so once again the taxpayers are stuck with the burden of the few that have failed to take care of their finances.

This is not about being cold and it is not about refusing to help others, but instead, it is about personal responsibility and the desire for the government to stay out of the lives of people.

The government cannot continue to be there to pick people up every time they fall, and it is important to realize the government is not helping people to be kind.

The government is getting something out of helping the people, and the mortgage and bailout plan was created so the government could further the agenda of the elite.

Consider what has happened in recent years, and then you can see how property rights are naturally going to be the next thing to go, and the government is using the bailout as a way to take over the property in the United States.

First, the government has taken away free speech, which is a fundamental right every American should have.

Then, they took away the privacy laws that had protected citizens in the United States for so long, and now, they are working to take away property rights so they can finish taking control over the population.

Road to Bailout

The Future

Home prices will likely go down. The home you are living in will lose equity within the next several years.

If you want to move, you might want to rethink it, because interest rates will likely go up, and it is all thanks to the mortgage and bailout plan.

Throwing government money at this problem is the wrong thing to do. It simply will not work.

The government knows it will not work, and yet they are willing to make the economy even worse. They are willingly creating a depression.

Property Rights

How do people have property rights when the government owns the property?

Can the government possibly have a hand in the real estate market without taking the property rights from the people? While that remains to be seen, it is unlikely.

All the government needs is property rights to completely take over.

Property rights are incredibly important to the lives of Americans, and without these rights, it will be impossible for the United States to carry on.
