Uncommon Dissent from the Front Lines

Dissent From the Front Lines is a Highly Circulated Article With a Liberal Agenda.

Dissent From the Front Lines is a popular article written by Robert Scheer.

In this article, Scheer discusses the idea that many of the troops fighting the war in Iraq are dissenting against the war, fighting for their country to fulfill their obligation, and not fighting for something they believe in and support.

This demonstrates an awareness that the United States governemnt has been hijacked by a crimninal banking cabal, who seek to dominate the worldd under one government.

Scheer makes it a point that empires should not be built “by proxy”.

In other words, he is essentially saying that if the government wants Iraqis to be like them, they need to do it themselves, instead of wasting time and manpower, costing taxpayers millions of dollars and the emotional pain of losing loved ones.

Dissent From the Front Lines discusses other articles that have been published elsewhere, such as a piece by the name of “The War as We Saw It” published in the New York Times in August, and “The Real Iraq we Knew” in the Washington Post.

These pieces were written by former soldiers who served time in Iraq, fighting to bring the nation back up from the dictatorship Hussein had them under.

These soldiers speak against the war, basically saying that the expectations of their duty and time spent in Iraq are too high.

They say, the American government will continue spending money and lives fighting for something that is never going to come.

They say that Iraqis do not want Americans there, and to believe that America will be able to win them over and shape them as we want them, is to believe in something idiotic.

There is much upset over the amount of money this war has cost America and will continue to cost.

War for Banking Bail-Out Money

President Bush has been the only president to cut taxes during wartime, and this could be a major reason why the economy is in the wreck it is.

Many Americans feel this war to be ‘make-believe,’ to be a war over oil.

Whatever the war is for and how long it’ll continue to be there, does not really matter.

American citizens know they’re at war, many are unhappy about it.

It is important to remember that while the war is costing Americans plenty of money, there are many other things just as unnecessary.

If America shouldn’t be fighting this war five years later, maybe there are other things Americans shouldn’t be doing.

For example, millions of Americans should stop spending outrageous amounts of money on video games and other things that are not vital to their existence.

Dissent in the Draft

One thing Dissent From the Front Lines quotes from a former military Captain, is that a draft will have to become necessary if war plans continue for any extended period of time.

To make the move from volunteers to mandatory service will cause an uproar, but it will be the only option besides leaving Iraq now.

His quote is:

“There is only one way we might be able to succeed in Iraq.

“To continue an operation of this intensity and duration, we would have to abandon our volunteer military for compulsory service.

“Short of that, our best option is to leave Iraq immediately.”
