Who is the Biggest Threat to World Peace?

Who Is The Biggest Threat To World Peace?

The biggest threat to world peace is not radical Islam.  Nor a mad man in North Korea.  It’s not a communist country.  It’s not global warming or what they now call “climate change.”  It’s America.  Yes folks, it’s time to stop making excuses for all the wars we have been involved in.  It’s time to stop glorifying the military.  It’s time to stop saluting a flag that is supposed to represent freedom while every single day in America more and more people are victimized by a system built on corporate imperialism that cares not about any value of human life, only profits.

This is a touchy subject.  I know it seems “Un-American,” to not glorify our military and those who lost their lives for “defending our freedoms,” so we are told.  I have the utmost respect for those who thought they were going to fight foreign enemies who were a threat to our survival.  I think it’s doing a disservice to them to continue to blindly support war and encourage younger generations to join the military because it’s admirable.  I  don’t know about you but I don’t want to send my kid off to a war in a far-off land and die so a group of super oligarchs can expand their empire.

Military men are just dumbstupid animals to be used as pawns in foreign policy” – Henry Kissinger

Does anyone else find it to be odd that people still reenact a war that happened over 150 years ago?  A war that was fought between Americans at that?  I didn’t think much of it growing up.  Now that my eyes have been opened  I see everything in a whole new light.

Here we are in 2017 and yet we humans still haven’t figured out how to live amongst one another without invading each other’s lands and killing innocent people in the process.  What does that say about humanity as a whole?  It’s barbaric. It’s a serious flaw that needs to be fixed.

The United States military budget for 2017 was $611 billion.  Take a look at this chart for a comparison of the US budget versus the rest of the world. We’re #1 in something!

The question is who is getting that $611 billion?  We know you don’t get rich joining the army.  Here is some data from 2015, and this isn’t the whole list.  Just the top defense contractors:

  • Lockheed Martin

Amount obligated: $29.4 billion

Contracts awarded: 66,353

  • The Boeing Company

Amount obligated: $14.6 billion

Contracts awarded: 12,645

  • Raytheon

Amount obligated: $12.3 billion

Contracts awarded: 10,000

  • General Dynamics

Amount obligated: $11.8 billion

Contracts awarded: 20,822

  • Northrop Grumman Corporation

Amount obligated: $9.5 billion

Contracts awarded: 10,397

Let’s be real.  War is big business.  Weren’t we warned about the potential for extreme power and corruption?  Oh yeah.  We were, yet we continue to allow it to happen and participate in and prop up this industry whether consciously or unconsciously.

“In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the militaryindustrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist” – Dwight Eisenhower

Most Americans today, especially my generation and millennials, have no idea what war looks like first hand. We haven’t  had to worry about carpet bombs raining down on us in our neighborhoods.  We haven’t had to worry about a foreign army invading our lands and just taking whatever they want and leaving us in ruins with millions dead.

If even one bomb were dropped on us today from a foreign military everyone would be screaming for revenge.  Yet the US Military dropped  26,171 bombs in 2016.  That’s 72 bombs per day.  The equivalent of three an hour.  We are on track already to surpass that by end of 2017.

Does anyone ever stop and ask why we have over 1000 military bases all over the world?  Who decided that we are the world’s police and can just set up shop wherever we go regardless of how the citizens of those countries feel about our presence?  Can you imagine a foreign power setting up a base here?  Again, people would go nuts and be up in arms.  The double standard is nothing but pure hypocrisy and ignorance.

I know that the majority of Americans would never support this had they been given the truth and real reasons behind it.  I know deep down most of us don’t want war and are good-hearted people.  We have just been badly brainwashed and bombarded with so much propaganda it’s really shocking to discover just how deep this goes and how long it’s been going on.

The key factor that’s keeping all of this continuing on and on is our participation and the fiat currency system that has essentially enslaved us.  Why would good people pay taxes that murder innocent people including children?   No one would knowingly fund genocide.  Not anyone with a soul anyway.  We’re not only funding the US Military we are funding foreign militaries as well.

“We don’t want war. But we have war – all the time. Why? Because the bankers run the world, and war is the best thing for them.” – Ken O’Keefe

You must keep slaving away working 40 hours a week or more so your traitorous leaders can send Israel billions of dollars in military aid.  Yet somehow they still can’t figure out how to keep veterans from living on the streets.  There’s just not enough money for that.  If a soldier makes it back alive they are hung out to dry and treated like peasants.  Made to wait over a year to get much needed medical care.  Committing suicide at the rate of 22 per day.

The fact that we celebrate veterans day pretending to support all the veteran heros among us while we continue to allow them to be treated like dirt is maddening.  If this country really respected and wanted to thank veterans they would be protesting refusing to pay taxes and demanding that our vets get the help they desperately need.  They were baited into banker wars to be used as cannon fodder and then abandoned when they got back.

It makes me want to puke when I see politicians sucking up to veterans and pretending to be patriotic for votes.  It’s truly despicable. You don’t see the ones who vote for war sending their kids to war now do you?

Since America was founded 239 years ago we have been at war 222 of those years.  We have only had “peace” 7% of our existence.  Do you feel free today?  We’ve never been less free.  Look at the police state forming all around us?  Cops now look like a military unit going to war.  What happened to the Barney Fife era?

Another eye-opening horrifying statistic is that America has been responsible for the deaths of over 20 million people in 37 nations.  That’s not even counting the casualties of our own.   Makes my stomach hurt.  They always have to keep us in fear of a boogeyman and convince us there’s an outside threat that we must go on the offensive to prevent the threat from harming us.  Like the CIA’s creation of Al-Qaeda and ISIS.  Partnering with Israel’s Mossad to dupe Americans into fighting for the “Greater Israel Project.”

If we continue to blindly support this regime and be active participants then we have no one blame but ourselves for whatever happens to us.  Eventually, the bully gets a dose of karma and it’s WE THE PEOPLE that will suffer that, not the banker puppets in Washington.  They’re too busy having twitter wars and new conferences threatening war with North Korea.

It’s pathetic to see two grown men on opposite sides of the planet publicly act like school children, “My nuke is big, going to drop on you.”  “No my nuke bigger,” (pounds chest). Playing their pre-determined roles in this charade.

We need change.  This change will not come from a voting booth.  It will not come from a petition.  It will not come from anything but us.  It starts within.  What kind of future do you want your children to have?  This video hits home and I watch it a lot to remind myself of why I’m doing what I do.  Be the change you wish to see in the world!
